Helping You Navigate Life Changes.
Specializing in Divorce Recovery, Empty Nesters, Professional looking to make a career change, and Young Adults entering the workforce for the first time.
I’m here to help you thrive.
I’ve spent over a decade in marketing and advertising as a recruiter and senior leader, where I was responsible for hiring and employee engagement. That means I know exactly what hiring managers look for and how to help someone stand out in a competitive job market.
But my work goes beyond careers—I’ve always loved connecting people and guiding them through life’s transitions.
I’ve personally navigated two divorces, a layoff, and even a business that never got off the ground because of Covid. Those experiences taught me resilience, reinvention, and how to move forward when life doesn’t go according to plan. Along the way, I’ve also coached over 130 people through the emotional side of divorce.
So why hire me as a coach? Because I’ve been where you are. I know what it feels like to be uncertain about the next chapter, and I also know how to help you take clear, confident steps forward—whether that’s rebuilding after divorce, returning to the workforce, shifting careers, or figuring out what’s next as an empty nester or young adult. My role is to help you connect the dots between where you are and where you want to be.

Testimonials
What my clients are saying
Stephen
“In May, I suddenly found myself furloughed for the first time in my professional life. I decided working with a career coach would be a good move. Working with Nancy was a GREAT move. Not only did she help me re-do my resume, she provided valuable advice, held me accountable, and listened to me ramble as I navigated the ups and downs of unemployment with a kind and patient ear and a smile. Thanks to Nancy's expertise, I wound up with two job offers. If you find yourself in any kind of professional slump, need career coaching or resume re-dos, I HIGHLY recommend you reach out to Nancy. She's knowledgeable, easy-going going and genuinely cares!”

“Not all talent acquisition execs are created equal. I've known Nancy for over 10 years and have admired her exceptional work in recruiting, HR, and human performance coaching. We've worked together in a corporate setting as well as one-on-one. One thing that makes Nancy a great resume writer and job search coach is that she is an active recruiter. She speaks the language, understands industry trends and knows what recruiters are looking for. She's also a passionate entrepreneur and loves connecting people. Thank you, Nancy!”
“I highly recommend my friend Nancy for her incredible skill in resume writing and career support. She has been in the HR industry for many years and understands exactly what works on a resume and what doesn’t—what grabs a hiring manager’s attention and what is better left off. Nancy is straightforward and honest in her feedback, which made the process simple and effective. After she helped me rework my resume, I saw immediate results—more interviews, more callbacks, and greater interest from employers. Thanks to her guidance, I ultimately landed a job.”
“I had the opportunity to work with Nancy during a recent career transition and highly recommend her. She is an outstanding career coach with a wealth of experience and insight. Her guidance has been invaluable in helping me to focus my job search on the ideal fit for my skills and experience. And she took my resume from ho-hum to amazing. I'd recommend Nancy to anyone looking to make a sound investment in themselves and their career!”
